Refund policy

Here at GrillzByPete, our shop doesn't allow refund or exchange any product on the website.

Please don't buy without thinking it through.

Customers are responsible for providing the shop with a good mold impression with clear gumline and no mess up, as these grillz are custom to exactly how your impression look and when we receive them. 

All sales on any grillz you buy is final once we received your mold impression and begin production. 

Any cancellation will result in you only getting your money back except the money for the mold kit and shipping cost.

There will be no free adjustment on any ice out set as they are made specifically to your mold impression. 

If you cancel your order there will be a 10% cancellation fee deduct from your refund and shipping cost can't be refunded. And if you received your mold kit and cancelled there the fee will be 15% instead of 10%.
